map zooms at annoying times.

Bug Description
simpily when the curser is over the map, it zooms in and out on rotation of a mouse wheel, when using the mouse wheel to scroll down the page, if the mouse clashes with the map it laggs everything, and moves the map to an aquward position, this is kinda annoying, I think it should only zoom if clicked.
