Bug Description
The old_xmlplus directory holds a copy of part of the python-xml package. We use its DTD parser, which has been retired from active service in the package.
Most of these files are licensed without any restrictions, but this file does not come with a clear license. The author confirms that his intention was definitely to release without any restrictions, but no longer has documentation of what his employer at the time had to say about it.
Luckily we don't actually need a copy of this file. It can be safely removed, as long as the module is also taken out of utils/__init__.py.

This was all resolved AFAICT, see
https:/ /wiki.canonical .com/Launchpad/ OpenSourcing/ SourceDependenc yLicenses
(search for "old_xmlplus"). The tree under sourcecode/ old_xmlplus appears to be /launchpad. net/dtdparser, which was the
exactly the same as the tree for https:/
intent, but I would have expected the parent directory's name to be "dtdparser"
now instead of "old_xmlplus". It does appear to come from the lp:dtdparser trunk
branch, though.
Any idea what's up with that directory name? Things would be clearer if we called
it "dtdparser", since that's what it is.
