Bug Description

Binary package hint: fbtv

$ fbtv
can't find console font file
unable to open server "unix/:7100"
no font available

man... " Default is to look for lat1-16.psf in /usr/lib/kbd/consolefonts and /usr/share/consolefonts. "

I think the easy answer is depend on a package that includes the font it:
http://packages.ubuntu.com/intrepid/console-data

juser@dhcp186:~/vga2usb/src$ lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu 8.10
Release: 8.10

juser@dhcp186:~/vga2usb/src$ apt-cache policy fbtv
fbtv:
  Installed: 3.95.dfsg.1-8ubuntu2
  Candidate: 3.95.dfsg.1-8ubuntu2
  Version table:
 *** 3.95.dfsg.1-8ubuntu2 0
        500 http://cp333 intrepid/universe Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

Changed in firefox-3.0:
status: New → Invalid
