Bug Description
When using aMSN, if you move the contact list to the top of the screen, and minimize it back into the gnome system tray repeatedly, it will move down the screen until it eventually gets to the bottom of the screen...
This is always reproducable here aMSN 0.97.2 and wish8.5 (I believe this is the aMSN windowing shell? I'm not entirely sure, but killing it kills aMSN so its related somehow ;)
I'm not sure what could be done by Ubuntu developers directly, I'm fairly sure this is distro specific as I don't recall this behavior in other distros - but it could just be that I didn't notice, it takes like 20 clicks, can't test as I just switched over today, and no longer have that install.

This bug also effects xchat in the system tray... however it doesn't effect all applications as Rhythmbox and Liferea are not effected by the above issue....
It doesn't appear that liferea depends on any gnome libs, so my initial theory of this effecting non-gnome apps only doesn't apply... it can't be a compiz bug because else it would effect all apps minimized to the system tray...
I'm not sure how to get more information though...
