Firefox wants Restart on every new Site, very annoying!

After updating to 3.04, FF wants to start new, after starting new, this procedure goes on and on and on...

please check the file permissions of the localstore.rdf in your profile
folder is that file owned by you? when was it last touched?

Same problem with Ubuntu 9.04 and Firefox 3.0.9.
