Bug Description
I have set gnome-screensaver to lock the screen if the screensaver is activated. If I close the lid of my laptop, and then open it later, I would expect it to be locked also.
Steps to replicate:
1. In System-
2. Close the laptop lid.
3. Open the lid.
What happens:
The screen comes back immediately, with no lock in place.
What I would expect to happen:
The screensaver should be active and the screen locked. The password dialog should be presented upon opening the lid. Entering the password should then restore the screen.

It is the same on my machine (Dell X1) with a freshly installed daily build (Feb-03).
This is a regression from Breezy, where it worked flawlessly.
