[feature request] trapezium transformation

The select and transform tool does not know trapezium transformations.

The Envelope and Perspective effects are under Effects menu. In 0.46 you have to draw the 4 node path into which to deform your object, but in development builds you can use Live path effects to achieve that and you can edit the transformation live on canvas. Does envelope effect satisfy your wish? If you have something to add feel free to say it and change the status.

I have never bothered to install the necessary python modules. A grave mistake, I now see.

Envelope is just fine. As far as I am concerned this can be closed, though I am curious about how the life path effects will turn out, seeing that envelope is really resource hungry.
