You can't change that team's visibility. Steps to reproduce:

1. Create team
2. create mailing list
3. purge mailing list

validate_person_visibility() needs to take purged mailing lists into account. Right now it only checks for existence of a mailing list. Not including tests, this is probably a one or two line fix.
