bookreader: URL should contain zoom info

The book reader stores page number in hash so that each page can be linked.
It should also add mode and zoom info to the hash so that they are captured in the URL.

This would be useful to me. I would like some method of specifying the initial zoom level in the url when linking to a page and I can’t find whether there is any way of doing this - I suspect not. The reason I need this is that in the Multidict facility which I wrote (http://multidict.net/multidict/), I access dictionaries in the Web Archive, but the pages always appear too small to read on the screen, so after every word lookup the user has to wait for the page to start to appear and then click zoom several times.
