Unable to detect the ti_usb_3410_5052 ic with the given driver in the Ubuntu 8.1

Hi all
Im using ti_usb_3410_5052 ic in my system.
when I plug into the system and do dmesg ,
it shows this :

It is downloading some .bin file , which it is not finding .
