Bug Description
The publishing date on +publish says next to the calendar widget "in time zone: Australia/Melbourne [ change time zone ] in the Australia/Melbourne time zone"
Uhuh. Makes sense.
It would cause me to lose any remaining faith in Launchpad if it didn't save time to fix bug #297879 when fixing this.
