Bug Description
Binary package hint: usb-creator
Writing to a blank 8GB ext2 formatted usb drive, usb-creator crashed with the error given in the summary. Afraid I'm not sure what the percentage completion was as I set it going then went to have a shower...
UPDATE: I have since run the usb-creator again on exactly the same setup and the process completed successfully. The only difference between the two attempts was that the first time I left the computer unattended, so the display put itself to sleep at some point. Don't know if that could have affected anything...
Using Ubuntu 8.10 from LiveCD.

Same error when running from Ubuntu 8.10 Live CD. Was using Live CD to create an 8gig bootable MythTV 64 Live USB Drive. It crashed immediately after I started the process.
