Bug Description
Please add a way of approving a merge proposal via e-mail. It seems like you can vote only at the moment.
Ideally I'd like one command that both votes and approves the merge proposal, since that's quite common in Launchpad.

I think this is reasonable. However it would have to be using a GPG signed email. General commenting and voting/reviewing uses a weak identity, like the email address. Since we are planning on controlling landings of code with the approved status, we'd need a strong identity to be able to approve the proposal for landing.
