2 Problems with Podcasts

Problem 1.
Automatic Playlists
I have a problem where automatic play list don't get updated when new tracks from pod casts have been downloaded e.g. I have an automatic play list that I want to show only pod casts that have not been played, the two rules being Playcount=0 and path contains 'Pod casts' All the pod casts are saved in 'My Music/Pod casts/Name Of Pod cast'. this problem is worse in intrepid the automatic play list doesn't ever update. In Hardy if i waited long enough it would get updated.

This problem could also be resolved by integrating the pod cast items into the main library list instead of keeping the downloaded files separate.

Problem 2.
Some pod casts don't download/parse correctly, and end up creating a file of the same name as the directory they are supposed to be in, which in effect deletes all the previous 'episodes' of that pod cast.
