Looked around for solution with mixed results.

workaround is to use the default pandora config... arch/arm/configs/omap3_pandora_defconfig

Appears to be a transitory faults with linux-2.6-omap1 build. These files are changed constantly and may have been a fluke event that has subsequently been fixed. Use sys-kernel/pandora-sources.
