Umbrello doesnt start on AMD64 xubunut 8.10 using a lot of memory

Bug Description
Binary package hint: umbrello
Ubuntu 8.10 on AMD64
Umbrello UML Modeller: 2.1.3
Qt: 4.4.3
KDE: 4.1.3 (KDE 4.1.3)
Package: umbrello-
Installed umbrello one on a new System xubuntu 8.10. Other KDE stuff works (kile,kpdf,...).
Seems to be a AMD64 Problem, because I use this tool on a 32bit system without problems.
I've attached the strace output.
System behaviour:
1. Start umbrello
2. High system load: one CPU at 100%
3. High memory use: 1080 MB of RAM
4. RAM usage is constant. System load is the same after 5 minute runtime.
Any further information needed?
