Node interlinking for Translations and Revisions

I'm imagining something that goes toward the bottom of the material node that lists two columns of information. The left column would list the available translations, and a link to be displayed to authenticated users to encourage translations. The right column would contain different versions of the material, or maybe just 'related' materials.

Currently, the left column would be pretty easy to implement. However there is not really a good revision system set up yet, nor can I imagine how to relate materials, so the right column is pretty difficult to do at this moment.
