window title wrong

Bug Description

On the desktop view in Kubuntu 8.10 when clicking on an icon to start an application a window appears that shows the progress for a second and the title of this window is "Stating" instead of "Starting".

The program was probably gather information (or "stat-ing") about files while the program was starting up. Copy dialogs don't pop up to tell you that a program is starting.
