Bug Description
If previous player played a +2, and you click on Joker instead of the deck, the colour choice menu appears, whereas it should be only refused.
This is not really a bug, it is just comfort and logics: why choose a colour when your move will be rejected?

I think a nice way of dealing with this is to completely remove the colour choice popup. There is room in the main window to integrate this choice, so that the player can select in a click his preferred colour whenever he wants. When he comes to play a jocker, this color is automatically selected.
