Arabic GIMP translation is missing

Bug Description

Arabic GIMP translation is missing from this package. There are translations for libgimp, plug-ins, etc... but since the main UI interface translation file is missing, no Arabic translation is used.

Was there any error that prevented Arabic GIMP .po file from being included?

I don't how this happened:

$ dpkg -L language-pack-ar-base | grep gimp
/usr/share/locale-langpack/ar/LC_MESSAGES/gimp20-tips.mo
/usr/share/locale-langpack/ar/LC_MESSAGES/gimp20-libgimp.mo
/usr/share/locale-langpack/ar/LC_MESSAGES/gimp20-std-plug-ins.mo
/usr/share/locale-langpack/ar/LC_MESSAGES/gimp20-script-fu.mo

$ sudo apt-get install language-pack-ar-base --reinstall
/usr/share/locale-langpack/ar/LC_MESSAGES/gimp20-tips.mo
/usr/share/locale-langpack/ar/LC_MESSAGES/gimp20.mo
/usr/share/locale-langpack/ar/LC_MESSAGES/gimp20-libgimp.mo
/usr/share/locale-langpack/ar/LC_MESSAGES/gimp20-std-plug-ins.mo
/usr/share/locale-langpack/ar/LC_MESSAGES/gimp20-script-fu.mo

This is after an upgrade to Intrepid from Hardy. Weird.
