Mozilla Firefox 3.0.3 can not be iconized because the title panel does not display and task panel is opaqued

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

The Mozilla Firefox 3.0.3 does not display title panel in Ubuntu 8.10, and task bar of Ubuntu is blocked. Therefore it is can not be iconized. Please help to resolve if this is a bug or some set up in Ubuntu 8.10.
