Can't update linux kernel

Bug Description

Binary package hint: linux-image-2.6.27-7-generic

ubuntu 8.10
linux-image 2.6.27-7.14

Update the kernel is what i expected.
What happend is I got an error message saying that he couldn't install the update because he couldn't backup the old one.
