Bug Description
Binary package hint: hal
Hardware: SD Host controller: Ricoh Co Ltd R5C822 SD/SDIO/
Ubuntu: Hardy
Arch: amd64
Steps to reproduce:
1. Insert SD card into SD slot
2. Suspend
3. Resume
Expected result:
SD card is mounted once, in the same mount point as before
Actual results:
- Often, it is mounted twice (if I suspend and resume again while this is true, it can go up to 3 times...have not seen more than that). One of the mounted cards visible on the desktop will show mount information. The others will have no information in Nautilus. The mount command verifies that it is mounted multiple times though.
- Sometimes, it will switch from /media/disk-1 to /media/disk-2 across suspends.
This is also true on Jaunty UNR
Hardware: Acer Aspire One ZG5 with JMicron Card Reader (problem is with left hand CardReader)
fstab entry for SD: users,uid= roland, gid=roland, rw,umask= 0002,utf8= true 0 0
LABEL=AAOSD /media/aaosd vfat noatime,
if no card is inserted on the right hand side Card Reader, the left hand is nominated as /dev/mmcblk0p1
after suspend, it is also /dev/mmcblk1p1, if you suspend and resume again it is /dev/mmcblk2p1
all mounts seem to work.
unmounting is not possible for user, even so in fstab is allowed - throws error "mounted multiple times"
