Thank you for reporting this bug to Ubuntu. Ubuntu 8.10 reached EOL on 2010-04-30.

I've tried recreating this bug with Ubuntu 10.10 and was unable to given the information you've provided. Please re-open this bug report by changing the status above to "New" if you are able to reproduce this in a currently supported release.
