Bug Description

We have several connections to all sorts of DBs and one is to a folder that contains CSV files. The path is /samba/Docs/Grade Card Reports/

This worked fine under 2.0.0 in Breezy and Dapper and works fine in the current official builds of OOo (m151 latest test). However under 2.0.1-0ubuntu4 and 2.0.1-0breezy1 the "Test Connection" works successfully but when you go to look at the tables none of them are listed.

our current plan is to stay with 2.0.1 (UVF), and decide after the 2.0.2 release if we will upgrade to 2.0.2 for dapper.

I would argue that we should treat OO.o like Gnome and continue to add
upstream releases till the beta.

Just checked the official 2.0.1 build. This is a bug in the Ubuntu build of 2.0.1, it does not happen in the official build.

If it's any help I've just confirmed it on a third system (clean dapper install) and it still happens.

Sorry, I've added Ubuntu under "Fix Requested In" by mistake, I was just trying to get across the point that this is a not a bug in the official builds, it's in the Debian/Novell builds.

I do agree with Mark though that OOo is such an important package it should keep rolling on with Ubuntu until the code freeze.

It works now in the rc build of 2.0.2 (680m5). This bug can now be closed.

if upstream at all, it's seen in 2.0.1 and 2.0.2. closing.
