"connected to" missing from GSW port details in ipdevinfo

I'm filing this bug report based on Stein Magnus' last comments in https://bugs.launchpad.net/nav/+bug/294075 .

A port can always be connected to another device/port, regardless of the category of the port's device. Therefore the port details view should always list this information.

Fixed in http://metanav.uninett.no/hg/default/rev/fe01468c2325

As before, in the ipdev details view, uplink(s) are only showed if the ip device is of category SW or EDGE.
Now, in the port details view, to_netbox and to_swport are always displayed as "To IP Device" and "To switch port".
