Bug status should change when a fix marked in bzr hits the mainline

Bug Description
Hi,
When I push a branch with a --fixes revision to launchpad it associates
the branch and the bug with the branches status set to "Fix available".
However, I am left to handle the bug status from then on.
I would propose that if a --fixes revision ends up in the development focus
it sets the status of the bug report to "Fix Committed", which would seem
to be the aim of that status.
