kmix does not show all channels

Bug Description

Binary package hint: kmix

When I try to select the master channel for kmix, I cannot choose all channels that amixer shows.

Kmix allows me to select one of these channels:
* Front
* PCM
* CD
* Mic
* Capture
* Capture 2
* Digital
* Speaker
* iMic

According to amixer, the following channels are available:

I found most of the missing channels through Settings-Configure channels. Master still isn't there on my Dell optiplex gx620, but master doesn't affect volume in alsamixer, so this is probably another issue.

I'll check on my Lenovo V100 when I'm at home.

For now, seems to be a pebkac problem, at least on my dell.
