Bug Description
cron jobs on a virgin mythbuntu installation will fail silenty if they produce too much output. Because there is no mail MTA installed, cron creates an incorrect pipe (to the non-existent mail) which breaks after a certain number of characters have been output to it.
This bug, and a workaround for it, has been reported here:
https:/
Since a mythbuntu install does not contain mail, it should also set the MAILTO variable to "" to avoid running into this bug.
