X-Window session crashes without any reason

Bug Description

I was just writing a shell-script when the X-Window-Session crashed.
I didn't start/stop any program or didn't modify any config.
It worked fine before. I have Compiz Fusion activated.

Are you able to reproduce this issue? If so, please collect a full backtrace - see http://wiki.ubuntu.com/X/Backtracing for directions.

Also attach the output of `lspci -vvnn > lspci-vvnn.txt`

We're closing this bug since it is has been some time with no response from the original reporter. However, if the issue still exists please feel free to reopen with the requested information. Also, if you could, please test against the latest development version of Ubuntu, since this confirms the bug is one we may be able to pass upstream for help.
