Scrollbar gets hidden with multiple tabs and information bar

Bug Description
When in nautilus, you open a folder that shows some kind of information bar at the top, like the "These files are on a picture CD" information bar I get when I open a particular folder, and a scrollbar, and you press CTRL + T to open a new tab, the new tab will retain the scrollbar but the original tab won't have it.
If the original one is refreshed in this situation, it gets the scrollbar back but the other one looses it when you switch back to it.
