java update always fails

Bug Description

Binary package hint: update-manager

no matter how i choose to upgrade I always get the error message saying failed to update sun-java-doc. It seems that it think there might be another adept manager process using it, but I had nothing running as I went to update Kubuntu and it tried to update the java stuff. In a bug report I believe I sent I had this in the log:
