Bug Description
The "Keep Above Others" attribute on each note cannot be deactivated. It can only be replaced by the "Keep Below Others" option (and viceversa). I imagine the option in the drop-down menu only acts as a command to add true to this attribute (and delete the other one if set) and not to remove the line when selected while it is set.
I had to remove the line manually in the "~/.kde/
Should this bug be reported to Kontact instead? (or also?)
