in Ibex Webcam ID 093a:2472 Pixart Imaging, Inc. does not wprk with kopete&skype

On Ubuntu 8.10 with 2.6.27-7-generic kernel the Genius VideoCam Eye 110 with kopete 4:4.1.2-0ubuntu4 and skype 2.0.0.72-0medibuntu4 does not work properly, just flashing blurry green screen in skype and nothing in kopete. skype and kopete also recognize it as CIF Single Chip while they recognize it under the 2.6.24-21-rt kernel as Genius VideoCam Eye 110. in cheese 2.24.1-0ubuntu1 it works properly, records and shows video and picture. and it also works properly on Ubuntu 8.10 with 2.6.24-21-rt.
