Bug Description

Binary package hint: gparted

Sorry for the unclear title, I didn't know how to summarize the issue.

I'm using gparted 0.3.8 in Intrepid Live CD.

When you try to assign a label everything works fine, and 'Set Partition Label "WHATYOUWANT" to /dev/sda1' is shown in the list of pending operations. However, if you try to edit it again before applying changes made, you'll have another 'Set Partition Label...' in the list of pending operations.

IMHO there should be only one entry with the new label.

Can confirm this aswell, each addition doesn't override the last.

it will also do this with partition types, which is annoyingly timeconsuming. Why would anyone want to format a partition then immediately reformat it?

If I understand this bug report correctly, this problem was fixed with the upstream release of GParted 0.11.0 on November 1, 2011.
