Turning of the "toolbar" in the "MainWindow" via right-click is a one-way ticket; there's no intuitive way of restoring the toolbar

I wrote up a fix, but it might not be the most elegant solution. Basically, I just created an empty menu bar above the toolbar, so that there's a very thin line just above the tabs even when the toolbar is turned off. Then you can right-click on the thin menu bar to restore the toolbar. The menu bar is really not noticeable at all when the toolbar is visible.
