Postgresql-common post install issue + useradd issue

Bug Description

The current postgresql-common package fails with an error in the post install.. rebuilding the package from our hardy source fixes this.

Next installing it to a fresh zone, useradd complains (https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/186810) ... this is fixed by running pwconv and then installing the package.. and this makes the package install correctly.

Confirmed in the current package inside a devzone. Running pwconv, and installing does away with the issue.

Issue is not seen in fresh install of NCP2 beta2. pwconv needs to run during dist-upgrade for systems with older versions installed.

This is not seen in rc1. Upgrade from NCP1 will require pwconv to be run manually.
