Bug Description

Standard Wine menu entry does not work. The properties of the entry are shown in the screenshot. When clicking there is no effect. But if to run command xdg-open ~/.wine/drive_c from command line, all works well. If to place the shortcut on the desktop also does not work.

This emerged after upgrade to Intrepid

Have no idea why the same command runs from command line but does not from shortcut.

This is not a wine's problem. this does not work it to replace directory name with any other.

Simply the same command works from commant line, but does not from shortcut.

This is worked around in the Wine package in Intrepid. I still haven't fixed the winehq 1.1.7 ones yet though.

Basically, somewhere between Hardy and Intrepid, launching from a shortcut "forgot" how to translate $HOME.

concerned. The spec says that the Exec line must contain either a full path or
just a binary name to be searched for in PATH."
