The Ubuntu help http://help.ubuntu.com has a couple of links to commercial
sites. It would help if these are marked as commercial

Windows Emulators
1. How do I install Windows 9X/ME/2000/XP (Win4Lin) on Ubuntu?

2. How do I install CrossOver Office?

good suggestion can we add this for the existing documentation in svn?

This has been fixed by removing the section referred to. it wasn't helpful, because it gave no instructions at all.
