Bug Description

Binary package hint: brasero

When trying to burn an iso image (or a fiel straight from brasero) it spins the DVD-RW drive and stops leaving a failure message. It has been working a few weeks ago.

I've come across the same error message burning a DVD (from a .ISO) using growisofs, which I overcame by setting a burning speed manually ( -speed=4).

I suspect it might be an issue with the automatic speed calibration routines, but I don't know how to debug this further.
