libcegui-mk2-dev have incomplete list of dependencies

Binary package hint: libcegui-mk2-dev

I try to compile program using libcegui. And they cause error because no -lpcre and -lfreeimage found. I think that is good idea add libpcre3-dev and libfreeimage-dev to dependencies list of libcegui-mk2-dev
