feature request: emf import

I would like to encourage including an emf (enhanced meta file) import function.

When it is supported in UniConvertor, adding EMF importer to Inkscape will be a matter of writing one small .inx file.

Inkscape already allows you to import EMF and WMF files (at least on the Windows build). What operating system do you use, cbiertue? Could you try a recent release from here http://sourceforge.net/projects/inkscape/files/?

I've marked this as in progress because there are a couple of open bugs about this.

I am using Inkscape 0.46-30.1 under SuSe Linux 11.0. I will try a recent release soon when I have time.

EMF support is not in UniConvertor 1.1.5 nor is it listed on the roadmap of UniConvertor:
