Circular dependency between sun-java6-jre and sun-java6-bin

Bug Description

sun-java6-jre depends on sun-java6-bin, while sun-java6-bin depends on sun-java6-jre.

This circular dependency can result in packages depending on sun-java6-jre to fail to configure properly. One example of this is bug 274365, where Tomcat 5.5 or Tomcat 6 fail to start during postinst if the dependency loop was arbitrarily broken at the wrong point.

This should probably be fixed by removing the "Depends: sun-java6-jre" from sun-java6-bin as nothing should rely on depending on -bin to install -jre.
