Bug Description
When I play files with sample-rates that are not integer multiples or fractions of whatever sample-rate I'm running Mixxx at, I get some nasty artifacts in the audio output.
I'm running:
Windows XP SP3
Mixxx 1.6.1
Mobile AMD Athlon 64 4000+
1 GB of RAM
Conexant AMC Audio (onboard via ASIO4ALL v2.9)
I've attached a .wav to demonstrate. I took a music sample originally at 44100 Hz and downsampled it to 32000, 22050, and 16000 Hz respectively. The .wav is made of 8 cuts: 1) the original sample in Audacity, 2) the 32000 Hz copy in Audacity, 3) the 22050 Hz copy in Audacity, 4) the 16000 Hz copy in Audacity, 5) the original sample in Mixxx, 6) the 32000 Hz copy in Mixxx, 7) the 22050 Hz copy in Mixxx, and 8) the 16000 Hz copy in Mixxx.
forgot my .cfg and log files!
