CD drive opens and closes upon eject of CD

Bug Description
When I use my CD and open it with the drives open button it works correctly. I the use K3B, GnomeBaker, or just copy info from the CD and I eject it using the onscreen icon eject line it ejects the CD and then before I can remove the disk the CD door immediately closes. If I use the disk mounter icon in the panel I get the same result. The only way I can remove the CD is to be real fast or shutdown and then open the door during reload. Will this be fixed before 8.10 is released on the 30th.
