Bug Description
This is a key feature for testing updates before they go out, esp. kernel updates.
We must be able to enable -proposed, update, reboot and run the full battery of tests.

In order to distinguish testing of -proposed to other image tests, the "preseed" field has been added to the submission class. So, it should be possible to identify these tests simply by looking for submission.preseed = 'intrepid- certify- proposed' .
