Bug Description
In kubuntu 8.04 it was a tool (Kbluetooth, I think; bluetooth logo in system tray). It was possible to set up bluetooth mouse or other device using GUI. In 8.10 I cant load any such application, so I need to go to terminal to set up mouse. It is very not user friendly, cause many user do not know, how to do that.
I would categorize that like regression from 8.04.
