bzr.eclass already present in portage tree

bzr.eclass is now already present in the portage tree. So please remove the eclass from the overlay :)

I'm not going to remove it - rather, I'm going to rename it, as there are changes in my version of bzr.eclass that are not (yet) in the upstream version.

The proper way is to get your changes "upstream" to official Gentoo (I will do that, review of patch takes place on gentoo-dev mailing list already), and the shadowing should be intended, as bzr-r9999.eclass should be a replacement. My branch reverts r175, merger requested

It's not getting removed because there are significant changes to the eclass that haven't been merged upstream. Follow the instructions in the warning block to silence the warning.
