Bug Description
I just installed opera 9.60 from the opera repos by downloading a .deb from the opera website. Now the Cruft remover wants to remove that package (probably because I didn't install it via apt-get or synaptic). I don't know exactly how the Cruft remover works, but I think that it should not suggest to remove packages that I installed by hand via a .deb.
