Bug Description

System->Administration->Cruft Remover has the default application icon in the menu (there is no unique application icon for this new application in the menu).

I can confirm this, running latest version of Ibex 32bit version - all updates applied

I can also confirm this, with all updates installed. However, AFAIK Cruft Remover will not be included in Ubuntu 8.10 Final.
